The 22-year-old Kenyan lives in Ottawa and won the Miami Marathon and running the distance for the very first time on Sunday. He finished the whole race in exact 2 hours, 16 minutes and 34 seconds. She was ahead of the runner up for about 34 seconds. The runner up was Jacob Chemtai of Kenya. Kate Landau of Washington made a good try to overcome her ailments to have her victory in the women’s race with a time duration of 2:37:45. In the women’s race, the runner up was Mary Akor who was from California. The winner of the women’s race had cramps in her legs as well as nausea.

In the marathon, there were more than around 20,000 runners who were claiming their participation in the humid, windy weather. This was enough to show the love for a marathon the participants had. The Kenya runner left everyone stunned over there as he happened to manage the time so efficiently with a dashing spirit and headed towards the finishing line. This was quite difficult to compete with him for all the participants as he had an amazing energy level and he was too difficult to fall fatigue.
